Beat Guldimann, Dr. iur. Attorney-at-Law, grew up in Basel (Switzerland). After more than 10 years as a lawyer, he moved to Canada in 1997 to head Private Banking for a major Swiss bank as Country Head Canada. He was Head of Global Private Banking at a Canadian bank afterwards.

Beat Guldimann has been the owner of the Tribeca Consulting Group (TCG) since 2007. He offers consulting and advisory services specializing on cross-border activities in wealth management and banking. His book "Inside Swiss Banking" was published in 2009. He was appointed Honorary Consul in Toronto by the Swiss Federal Council in 2016 and today serves on the Board of the Swiss Canadian Chamber of Commerce (Ontario) Inc as well as being Public Director on the IPC Board of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (MFDA).

Beat Guldimann is a Swiss-Canadian dual national. He is married for more than 30 years and has three adult children.
